Our office is at 2045 Lauwiliwili Street, Unit 1606 — in the heart of West Oahu's fastest-growing corridor. Kapolei and the surrounding Ewa plain have added neighborhoods, townhomes, and commercial space faster than anywhere else on the island, which means a lot of the housing stock is newer — and a lot of it is reaching the age where kitchens, bathrooms, and aging systems are ready for their first real renovation.
We see a consistent mix of work here: kitchen and bathroom remodels in the Ewa Beach and Kapolei subdivisions, whole-home refreshes as growing families outgrow the original build, ADU and ohana unit additions for multigenerational living, and — because no neighborhood is exempt — water, fire, storm, and mold restoration calls that need someone on-site fast. We carry the same Hawaii GC license and IICRC certification for all of it.
Being based here also means emergency response is fastest for West Oahu. When you call at 2 AM, the nearest licensed crew is already close.

It depends on scope. Cosmetic updates — new cabinet faces, countertops, fixtures, tile — typically do not require a permit. Work that moves walls, relocates plumbing, changes the electrical panel load, or adds square footage (like an ADU) does require a permit from the City & County of Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting. We handle permitting as part of the project — you won't need to navigate DPP on your own.
Most kitchen remodels run 6–12 weeks from signed contract to final walkthrough, depending on scope and material lead times. Custom cabinetry adds time; stock or semi-custom orders are faster. We give you a written schedule with milestones before work starts — and a project manager you can text if something shifts. Hawaii supply chains can add variability, so we build buffer into the schedule rather than promise a date we can't keep.
A real person answers — not a voicemail, not an answering service. We triage the situation on the call: location, what's happening, whether utilities need to be shut off. Our target is to have a licensed crew on-site within 90 minutes. We bring industrial air movers and dehumidifiers, contain the affected area, and begin documentation for your insurance carrier that same night.
