We publish our tier ranges because surprises on a remodel are the kind nobody wants. Every estimate is grounded in what the job actually requires — not what fits a sales script.
How it works
A free 20-minute phone consultation gets us on the same page — scope, timeline, and whether this project is even the right fit for your budget right now.
When you're ready to move forward, a detailed on-site estimate starts at $250. That fee is credited in full toward your project when you sign. You're paying for two to three hours of a licensed contractor's time on your property — measuring, photographing, and producing a line-item scope that protects you as much as it protects us.
If you're dealing with water, fire, or storm damage right now, the triage call and on-site assessment are always free. Emergency restoration runs on a different track — call the line below and a real person answers.

A 60 sq ft guest bath and a 120 sq ft primary bath are different jobs. Number of fixtures, demolition extent, and what's behind the walls once we open them all affect the final number.
Stock cabinetry and pre-fab quartz land in Beautiful. Custom cabinetry, specialty stone, and hardwood land in Exquisite. The tier you choose is effectively the material budget.
Moving a wall, relocating a drain, or shifting a load-bearing element requires permits, engineering, and more trade coordination. A cosmetic refresh of the same footprint costs considerably less.
Older Oahu homes — particularly pre-1978 construction — sometimes reveal surprises: outdated wiring, cast-iron plumbing, or moisture damage behind tile. We document everything in the estimate so you're not surprised mid-job.
